Health Break It's time to take a break and relax. Follow the 20-20-20 Rule! Every 20 minutes,look at something 20 feet away, for 20 seconds. Drink some water Wash, lotion, and massage your hands and wrists Do hand and stretching exercises Change your work task Check your posture Talk to and laugh with a friend Eat some fruit or vegetables Go for a walk Use the phone to take care of some emails Delegate Walk and memorize a shortcut key stroke If your job allows you to do different tasks, take advantage of that, and do something different for 5-10 minutes, every 20 minutes.
