Clearing the Print Queue

Clearing One or More Print Jobs

This section will explain how to clear one or more selected print jobs from the print queue.

1. In the system tray (located next to the clock), double click PRINTER
   The Print Queue appears.

2. Right click the desired print job » select Cancel
   The Printers dialog box appears, asking if you want to cancel the selected job.

3. Click YES
   The print job is cleared from the queue.

Clearing All Print Jobs

This section will explain how to clear all queued print jobs.

1. In the system tray (located next to the clock), double click PRINTER
   The Print Queue appears.

2. From the Printer menu, select Cancel All Documents
   The Printers dialog box appears, asking if you want to cancel all documents.

3. Click YES
   All print jobs are cleared from the queue.
