Pages can help organize your content and group it into logical chunks for your respondents. The WebSurvey allows you add, delete, copy and paste, and move pages within your survey.
Page Properties allow you to add a title and introductory text to each page in your survey.
From the My Surveys page, click DESIGN![]()
The Modify Survey page appears.
From the Modify Survey page, click EDIT PAGE PROPERTIES
The Edit Page Properties page appears.

In the Page Title text box, type a title for this page
In the Page Introduction text box, type introductory text for this page
Click SAVE
You are returned to the Modify Survey page.
If your survey has numerous questions, it may be helpful to separate your survey into pages. You may decide to put a certain number of questions per page or you may group questions pertaining to the same topic by putting them on one page. To add a new page, you must also add the first question or item to the page. The following steps show you how.
From the My Surveys page, click DESIGN![]()
The Modify Survey page appears.
On the Modify Survey page, click NEW PG
The Insert Item page appears.
Add the desired question or item for this page
You are returned to the Modify Survey page.
Page breaks are indicated by a heavy dark line.
You may want two pages of survey items that will vary only slightly. In that case, it will save you time if after creating the original page, you make a copy of it. Then, all you have to do is edit the copy slightly.
From the My Surveys page, click DESIGN![]()
The Modify Survey page appears.
From the Modify Survey page, within the page you want to copy, click COPY PAGE
The Modify Survey page refreshes.
The new page is located directly below the original page.
From the Modify Survey page, click MOVE PAGE
The Move Existing Page page appears. [movpg.gif]

From the Move Before Page pull-down list, select the page you want the current page located before
Click MOVE
You are returned to the Modify Survey page. The page appears in its new location.
Deleting a page deletes the page and all questions and items that it contains.
From the Modify Survey page, click DELETE PAGE
A confirmation dialog box appears.
Click OK
