The Respondent Access Level section of the Survey Options page provides nine options for controlling access to your survey. The options in this section determine who may complete your survey, whether they will be anonymous, and how many times they can complete the survey.
From the My Surveys page, for your survey, click OPTIONS![]()

The Respondent Access Level section of the Survey Options page provides nine options for controlling access to your survey. These nine options can be grouped according to whether you will allow multiple responses, require a login, etc. Options requiring a login limit your respondents to UW-Eau Claire faculty, staff and students.
Ask yourself the following questions regarding your survey.
Use your answers to the above questions and the table below to find the option best suited to your survey. Each row of the table corresponds to an access level. The three columns on the right reflect the conditions of your survey under each level.
