Exporting to Excel

TreeSize Professional helps you view and manage the files and file space on your drives. You may want to export the results of a drive scan to Excel to process, sort, or analyze the data. You can also print your results or send them via email. This operation is useful if several people are sharing a drive. One person in the group can perform a drive scan and distribute the scan results in the form of an Excel worksheet.

  1. Scan the desired drive

  2. From the File menu, select Export » Export to Excel
    Excel automatically launches and displays your data in a new worksheet.
    NOTE: When using this feature for the first time, you may have to save the document before it opens in Excel.

  3. In Excel, make any necessary changes

  4. Save or print your Excel document
