Filters allow you to look at subsets of your data. For example, you may want to look at responses from only the females who completed your survey or only those students who have completed Marketing 330. Qualtrics makes applying filters easy.
Consider creating additional reports for filtered results. For more information, refer to Creating Additional Reports.
NOTE: A filter cannot be applied to results of quizzes in Qualtrics.
A filter isolates a subset or subgroup of your data. This can be useful for comparison and for identifying anomalies.
From the My Surveys page, for the desired survey, click RESULTS![]()
Click INITIAL REPORT
In the Questions pane, click the question you would like to base the filter on
EXAMPLE: Click the question on Gender.

In the If section, next to the current filter, click ADD FILTER![]()
Another line of pull-down menus appears.
