If you are unsure whether or not PowerPoint will be available for your presentation, you have several options:
Print transparencies of your presentation slides
You can have either black and white or color transparency sheets printed. For more information on printing options, refer to Exploring Printing Options.
Use 35 millimeter slides
Faculty and staff can have the Art & Technology unit of the Teaching & Learning Technology Development (TLTDC) Center output their presentation slides to 35 millimeter slides.
Package for CD and view in PowerPoint Viewer. This option from the File menu bundles your slides, linked images, and the PowerPoint Viewer to a CD. For information, refer to Package for CD.
Take a laptop computer
Faculty and staff can get this equipment from the Classroom Services unit of the TLTDC.
Windows only: To use the Package for CD feature, refer to Package for CD.
View as an online presentation
Your presentation can be converted into web page and graphic files to be viewed on the Web. See our collection of Viewing Online Presentations documents for more information.
