Accessing the Blugold System via Bridge
The Blugold System is a menu-driven system that allows all UW-Eau Claire students to register and access their own records with Personal Identification Numbers (PIN).
NOTE: When using the Blugold System it is important to know that the [Transmit] key may vary from computer to computer.
Windows: usually [F12] on campus or [Enter]
Macintosh: usually the [Enter] key on the number pad (the extended section of the keyboard) or sometimes [Return]
Connecting to Bridge
Bridge is a desktop application that allows you to access the Blugold system.

From the Start menu, select All Programs » Bridge-Unisys Mainframe
The Blugold Bridge Logon window will appear.
You are now connected to Bridge and can begin using the Blugold System.

In the Type your username text box, type BLUGOLD

Press [Enter]

At the Sign on screen, type your username

Press [Tab]

Type your PIN number

Press [Enter]
The Student Options-Main Menu appears.
Disconnecting from Bridge

At any screen, type X
-
Press [Transmit]
The Logon screen appears. -
From the File menu, select Exit
You are now disconnected from Bridge.
