Before printing a chart in Excel XP/X, you may want to preview how your work will look. This document will cover the following:
Windows:
In Normal view, select the sheet you wish to preview
From the File menu, select Print Preview
OR
On the Standard toolbar, click PRINT PREVIEW ![]()
The window changes to Print Preview view.
NOTE: If the image can be magnified, the cursor will become a magnifying glass.
OPTIONAL: To see your sheet enlarged, while the cursor is a magnifying glass, click on the sheet
HINT: To restore the original size at which your sheet was viewed, click ZOOM or click on the sheet.
Macintosh:
In Normal view, select the sheet you wish to preview
From the File menu, select Print Preview
OR
A new window opens to show preview and the Print Preview toolbar appears.
NOTE: If the image can be magnified, the cursor will become a magnifying glass.
OPTIONAL: To see your sheet enlarged, while the cursor is a magnifying glass, click on the sheet

| ZOOM | Alters the size at which your sheet is previewed This toggles between the two possible sizes. |
