Employees seeking assistance with work related and personal issues can receive counseling through the following services provided to faculty and staff.
Midwest EAP Solutions
Midwest EAP (MEAP) Solutions provides counseling and web services that can be accessed 24/7 at no cost to employees. MEAP does not share information with insurance companies but may request information from you if needed to assist you with a referral.
All MEAP services are completely confidential and can be used by employees and any member of you family, including a spouse or significant other, childred (regardless of age or location), and extended family members, if their personal concerns are impacting you or your work. UW-Eau Claire will not know who uses the services, when or for what reasons services are used.
Employees may seek solutions on their website at http://www.midwesteap.com or telephoning 1-800-383-1908. Employees may pick up a username and password to login to the MEAP website.
UW-Eau Claire Counseling Services
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire provides on-campus employee assistance counseling provided by professional staff in UW-Eau Claire Counseling Services. Up to five consultation sessions per incident are available to faculty and staff.
