Classified/LTE Online Timesheets Early Deadline
The classified/LTE bi weekly pay period which ends June 15, 2013 will be confirmed on Tuesday, June 18. This is two days earlier than normal. Please have your absence requests and timesheets entered no later than noon on Friday, June 14. Changes can be made through the weekend but please try to keep them to a minimum. If you make changes, please notify your supervisor so they are able to approve your time. Supervisors will need to clear exceptions and approve time and absence on Friday, June 14 or over the weekend. Any changes made after Sunday June 16 will be on the following pay period.

University Personnel Systems Development
The University of Wisconsin System is in the process of developing two distinct new personnel systems:

These new systems are being implemented as a directive from the State of Wisconsin's 2011-2013 biennial budget and are scheduled to be completed on July 1, 2013. Each project is in the planning phase of development with work groups focusing on certain areas of personnel and making recommendations. A list of Frequently Asked Questions has been developed to address common inquiries about the scope and direction of the project.

Home Address Information
Student employees, Classified, LTE and Unclassified should login to the "My UW Portal" to verify your home address. Your home address is the address that your W2 will be mailed to.
Because of the new HRS your home address is maintained only in HRS. Human Resources no longer maintains home address in CampS or Bridge.
Students, you must maintain your home address in both systems, CampS and in HRS.
