Accessing the Qualtrics Survey System

The Qualtrics Survey System is an application that provides the tools you need to create and administer surveys and analyze the data received. This document gets you started by showing you how to log on to the system.

  1. Using a web browser, go to the Qualtrics Survey System site: http://uweauclaire.qualtrics.com
    The UW-Eau Claire Central Authentication Service page appears.

  2. In the Username text box, type your UWEC username

  3. In the Password text box, type your UWEC password

  4. Click LOGIN
    The My Surveys page appears.
