The Office of Graduate Studies is within the division of Academic Affairs. Graduate Studies provides oversight for graduate education at the university. We oversee graduate assistantships, the graduate foundation fellowships, and the Advanced Opportunity Program grants. We also maintain records, policies and other procedures relating to graduate students. Applications for admission are submitted to the Office of Admissions, and then forwarded to the Graduate Program Director where a recommendation is made and forwarded to the College and Graduate Dean.
** NOTICE **
Applications are still being accepted for graduate assistantships, foundation fellowships, and Advanced Opportunity Program (AOP) grants for the 2016-2017 academic year. Please submit your online Graduate Assistantship/Fellowship/AOP application as soon as possible. Although the priority deadline was March 1, we will continue to collect applications until all assistantships have been filled and all fellowships and grants have been awarded. If questions, please contact the Office of Graduate Studies at 715-836-2721 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
