Dormers
appear with 1.5-, 2.5-, and 3.5- story houses. Only one percent of
Eau Claire houses have dormers, but 54 percent of all dormers were built
in the 1910s - 1920s! In the next two decades, an additional 28 percent
were built. Dormers are essentially associated with Cubic,
Bungalow,
and Cape Cod styles.
