Eau Claire: Large Lots

Lots for houses have generally gotten larger over the last 110 years. Lot size reflects income and wealth.  The rich have always had larger lots and with increased income the rest of the population has also increased its lot size.  Higher incomes after World War II in the 1950s and 1960s appear in large lots, as the graph clearly shows.

Compare the distribution of large lots with small lots over the decades.
