Which neighborhoods would you expect the larger, more expensive houses to be based on this map?

The size of houses, measured by the average number of rooms, varies considerably by neighborhood. Larger houses are either older houses or expensive ones, such as in southeastern Putnam Heights.  The post 1910s houses generally have no more than six rooms.
