Eau Claire: House Sizes

 Where in Eau Claire would you expect to find the smallest houses?  The largest?  Why?

The smallest houses, measured by square feet, are not found in the oldest areas, but predominate in 1910-1940s neighborhoods. The largest houses are found in the oldest and newest parts of town. In both cases, the largest houses indicate the location of the wealthy.
