Eau Claire: Difference in Value and

As the adjacent map shows, there is very often a large difference between the estimated value of a house and the asking price of houses in Eau Claire.  The largest difference (+ $198,500) is shown in the Altoona district.  This may be caused partly because of the location of the Altoona Lake in this area.

The next highest difference (+ $100,000) is placed in the Third Ward and also in the rural areas to the east and west of Eau Claire.

The last group (+ $13,300) estimating above the set value is scattered through-out the Eau Claire County, but is notably mostly not placed in the inner city areas.

The only group that asks below the estimated value (- $79,300).  This group is markedly placed within the inner city and is also scattered through-out the Eau Claire.
