  The adjacent map correlates to houses that are displayed as being "for sale only."  This includes units of houses that or also "for sale only."  The highest density (100-75%) are located in a rural area to the north of Eau Caire County.

 

The next highest density (75-50%) areas are also located in the rural areas.  Most of these areas are to the east of Eau Claire with only one being to the west.

 

The third highest density (50-25%) areas are in the rural areas except the subarban North River Front. Almost all of the areas are located near large bodies of water.

The lowest density (25-0%) is scattered through-out the county.
