    The adjacent map shows house were the rent has already been paid or the house bought, but the new owners have yet to move into the house.  The highest density (50-40%) are in a rural area to the south of town.  

 

The second highest density (40-32%) is located on the East Hill, Putnam Heights, and in a rural area. 

The third highest density (32-10%) is entirely located out in rural areas.

The lowest density (10-0%) is scattered through-out the Eau Claire County.
