Eau Claire: Rent Vacant Houses

  The adjacent map shows the density      of   homes that are marked "for rent" or "for sale."  Homes marked only "for sale" are put in a saperate houses.  The highest densicty (100-80%) of vacant homes for rent are located around the Third Ward, near Randal Park, and out into the rural areas.

 

The second highest density (80-36%) is located in the inner city, the Third Ward, Putnam Heights, and out in the rural areas.

 

The third highest density (36-20%) is in the Third Ward and out in the rural areas.

 

The lowest density (20-0%) is placed subarban and rural areas.
