Eau Claire: 4 Bedroom Houses

The highest percentage (33 to 25 percent) of four bedroom houses is concentrated on the south side of the city, particularly in the Putnam Heights area and in the southwestern suburbs.

The next highest percentage (25 to17 percent) per block group is in the exburbs.

Four bedroom houses are less common in the urban city area (17 to 9 percent).

They are nonexistant in parts of the student rental area, east hill and the newly immigranted areas (below 9 percent).

Four bedroom houses are generally California Ranch style in the Putnam Heights area.

The new versions of older styles from the late nineteen and twentieth centuries are in the suburban/exurban areas, e.g., . See photo below.
