The highest concentrations
(71 to 55 percent) of 3 bedroom houses are north of Dells Pond and on the south side in and
next to the suburbs of Putnam Heights consisting of the
Cape Cod
house style.Concentrations (55 to 39 percent) are interspaced throughout the city primarily in the Westside.
Almost all other areas of the city have low concentrations (39 to 23 percent) consisting of smaller homes many of which are of the Two Pen house style.
The lowest concentrations (up to 23 percent) are in
the student rental and latest immigrant housing.
