Eau Claire: Two Bedroom Houses
The
highest percentage (33 to 24 percent) of two bedroom houses is
concentrated on the south side of the city, particularly in the Putnam Heights area and
in the southwestern suburbs extending into the exburbs.The next highest percentage (24 to17 percent) per block group is in the suburbs south of Putnam Heights and in student rental areas scattered through the city.
Two bedroom houses are less common in the urban city area (17 to 12 percent). In the Westside and Northside Hill areas there are smaller Two Pen houses with two bedrooms being fairly common.
The lowest percentage is in the newly immigranted areas (below 12 percent).
Two bedrooms are generally concentrated in apartment house and duplex areas.
