Eau Claire: One Bedroom Houses
  The highest percentage (58 to 78 percent) of one bedroom houses is concentrated on the south side in the student rental apartments.

The next highest percentage (39 to 58 percent) per block group is in the downtown area of Eau Claire.

One bedroom houses are less common in the Westside (19 to 39 percent).

One bedroom houses are generally concentrated in apartment house and duplex areas.
