The area in purple are the second newest houses built which makes up about 27-19 percent. Most of these houses are distributed around the  North Hill and  the Exurban.

The third newest houses built are represented by the area in light pink. This area makes up about 19-10 percent. The houses can be seen around the East Hill, nearby Half Moon Lake (West side), and the Exurban.

Houses built in this time period are built further away from the old city compared to the houses built in the 1950s and earlier. The styles of the houses are versions of Neo-Eclectic (1980s to 2000s).
