Eau Claire: Eight or More Room Houses

As the adjacent shows, the majority of eight or more room houses are found to the south of Eau Claire.  The highest density (54-49%) of eight or more room houses in Eau Claire are found in the outer parts of the subarbs.  This group is also near to Putnam Hieghts being slightly east and south from that area.  This area tends to have slightly bigger lots and is general known as a wealthier neighborhood. 

The second highest density (49-30%) moves even farther away from the city into the rural area.  This area would have even larger lots from the subarban area, but would not have an extensive commute time. 

Block group 2  (30-17%) is scattered through-out the Eau Claire area.
