Eau Claire: Four or Five Room Houses

As the adjacent map shows, four to five room houses are the most commonly sized house in the Eau Claire area. The highest density (66-40%) is largely in the rural areas with a few being in the suburbs.  The one exception being the inner city area of Randal Park. 

A moderate number of these houses in group 3 (40-30%) are placed in the subarbs and also in the rural areas.   It is also notable that this group is heavily placed along rivers or other bodies of water.

Group 2 (30-21%) is also in the subarban and rural areas.  Most of them are placed in the rural as opposed to subaran areas.

The lowest density (21-0%) are mostly in the University or inner city area with only two sections being placed in the rural area.S
