Eau Claire: One, Two, and Three Room Houses

As the adjacent shows, that one to three bedroom houses are mostly in the city area and very few in the rural areas.  The majority (66-40%) are in the downtown areas right at the Central Business District near Randall Park, and also the University area.  This may be due to the high ratio of dorm and apartment buildings in these areas.

Block Group 3 (40-30%) is located north of Randal Park and east of the East Hill. 

Block Group 2 (30-20%) seem to start in the city also and than expand outward toward the rural.

Block Group 1 (20-10%) shows the same pattern as that of Group 2.
