Eau Claire: Percent of Population Born Outside the USA

 The red area next to Dell's Pond has about nine percent of the population being born outside the USA.  Other areas around Dell's Pond and between the Eau Claire River have a percent of about five to seven being born in other countries.  The Half Moon Lake area has between five to seven percent of people not born in the USA.  Anywhere from five to seven percent of the population around the Third Ward wasn't a born an American citizen.
The areas by Dell's Pond have a high poor Hmong population, along with the area around Half Moon Lake.  The Hmong include Asian groups, such as Indian, Japanese, Chinese, and Thai.  In the Third Ward, many of the percent not born in the USA are professors from Asian and European countries.  The people living in Exurban are mainly foreign doctors from Asian countries like India and Pakistan, along with some European descent.  All the areas date from 1890s to 1980s.  Many of the houses by Half Moon Lake are found on the East side of the lake.  Many of the houses are a variety of styles such as Upright and Wing, Cubic, small versions of the revival styles (French Provincial, Spanish, Normandy, and Tudor), small versions of the Cape Cod and Bungalow, Ranch style, and New England Colonial.  See housing styles.
