Map of French Long Lots

This close-up of a Canadian 1:50,000 topographic map clearly shows the typical French long lot farms. I have added the yellow lines to show how the cuts in the forests and the spacing of the houses and barns along the red road can be used to identify the exact outline of individual farms. Look at an example of a house (a purple circle) and barn (a blue circle).
