St. Paul Field Trip

We will visit two distinctive St. Paul neighborhoods: Summit Hill and West Side.
Summit Hill is an upscale area with lots of young urban professionals, called YUPPIES, and older professionals who like living in the inner city rather than in the suburbs.

Examine a few photos of the stores along Grand Avenue and the houses along Lincoln Avenue.
The West Side, also called the barrio, has the largest concentration of Mexican-born and Mexican descendents in St. Paul.
