UWEC Academic Goals, Your Portfolio, and Vogeler's General Education Courses

The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire baccalaureate degrees have eleven goals. General Education courses (such as this one) are designed to meet some (but not all) of these goals. This geography course meets all these goals! Each student is also supposed to keep a portfolio of class assignments, projects, and other materials that demonstrate how they have met these goals in all of your course work. An X in the table below indicates particular assignments from this geography course that you could save to demonstrate work toward a particular goal. If you need help to identify which assignment fits which goal and/or why, see me in class or email me at ivogeler@uwec.edu.
