Who made these wooden fishing boats? What tools were used to make them?

Answers:
These boats are made by hand by local craftsmen with very simple tools and using local materials.
These boats are used to catch fish just off shore for the local market. 
These small boats can not compete with large-scale fishing boats that catch larger and expensive fish for the export market in Europe.
