Campus Campaign has many firsts.

For the first time in its history, the Campus Campaign was dedicated to one special fund. It established the Blugold Emergency Support Fund for UW-Eau Claire students, faculty and staff in crisis. The power of our community to address a critical need can be so impactful — and could even save a life.

Service through leadership

The UW-Eau Claire Leadership Fellows program offers professional development to a new cohort of staff members each year. Part of the program's requirement is to coordinate a campuswide project aimed at making UW-Eau Claire a stronger community. This year, the Leadership Fellows proposed a dedicated campaign to grow a special fund that will help students, faculty and staff during times of crisis. It is their hope that this resource will be available to the campus community long after they have concluded their year of service.

Blugolds in need
UW-Eau Claire employees demonstrated tremendous support for our campus community with almost a quarter of all faculty and staff contributing!

To date, almost  $7,800 has been contributed to the Blugold Emergency Support Fund. The Foundation added to the impact of this fund by contributing an additional $2,500.
