Carlos G. Garcia spent since 1985 working for Tec de Monterrey and UNITEC, the two largest, most prestigious universities in Mexico and now on the faculty of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire teaching: Business Culture in the Spanish Speaking World, Spanish for the Health Professions I: Translation, Spanish for Business, Spanish Business Writing and Government, Business and Media in Spain and Latin America. He was the development and continuous improvement Director for WAL-MART Mexico, the Corporate Strategic Planner in charge for Alsea, (MX Domino's, Starbucks, Chili's Burger King, Popeyes, etc) as well as a consultant for such companies as SUKARNE (largest beef company in Mexico). He received his undergraduate degree at Tec de Monterrey, and his Masters in IT management at Tec de Monterrey and his second Masters in Quality and Productivity at Tec de Monterrey.
