Event Planning
Event Services will help you plan and execute all aspects of your event — including room selection, floor plan, audio-visual support, food and beverages and suitable décor. Wedding receptions, business and professional conferences and holiday get-togethers are among the special events that may be arranged through the Event Services office. Fully catered events can range from an informal reception to an elaborate banquet with a dance. Davies Center can comfortably accommodate 660 people at a catered dinner. All campus facilities are smoke free and accessible to persons with disabilities.
As a member of the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce and Visit Eau Claire, Event Services can put the hospitality resources of the Chippewa Valley at your fingertips.
