Fee Schedule
Fees for equipment and labor are assessed according to a three-tiered rate structure. Each event is categorized based on the nature of the event and its sponsoring entity. Categories are defined below, and fees for each category may be accessed through the sidebar. Room rental rates are calculated by Event Services and are available on request.
All category groups are subject to labor and consumable charges. Charges may be assessed for special services rendered or extended building hours.
CATEGORY 1
No room rental is charged for events in this category.

Student Segregated Fee funded activities

Recognized University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire student organizations holding an event targeted primarily for university members
CATEGORY 2
A discounted room rental fee and discounted setup fees may be charged for events in this category.

Recognized UW-Eau Claire student organizations, educational programs and state agencies sponsoring an event where the majority of participants do not consist of UW-Eau Claire students, faculty or staff but whose activity is consistent with the university mission, goals and priorities

Revenue-producing activities sponsored by administrative offices, academic departments and recognized student organizations

UW-Eau Claire departments sponsoring an event where the majority of participants are UW-Eau Claire students, faculty, staff, and prospective students brought to campus by the Admissions Office, the Center for International Education and New Student Orientation
- General Public Revenue funded activities that exist to support the prime mission of instruction, research, public service, administration and governance
CATEGORY 3
Full rates apply for events in this category.

Professional organizations, community service organizations, private commercial or nonprofit organizations — groups that focus on events that are not directly related to the university’s mission, or are income generating
