Jason Jon Anderson

Production and Technical Operations Coordinator

Jason completed his BFA in Theatre Design and Technology in 2002 from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. He went on to complete his MFA in Lighting Design in 2005 at Northern Illinois University. Having trained in the European style of design, Jason has worked as an Associate/Assistant designer with both Emmy and Tony Award winning designers throughout North America.

His unique use of striking visual contrasts, use of color and texture, and passion for designing for dance has provided him the opportunity to collaborate on numerous world premieres in the US and the Caribbean. As a touring professional at Upstaging Lighting and Transport in Chicago, Jason had the opportunity of working on numerous National Rock & Roll and Industrial tours. Originally from Chippewa Falls, Jason now lives in Eau Claire and is excited to have joined the University Centers.
