Food & Beverages
All food and beverage requests must be arranged through Blugold Dining. If an organization or department wants to bring its own refreshments, a Food Authorization form must be filled out 24 hours in advance. The form is available in our office. Unauthorized food could result in a revocation of room privileges.
Because catering at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire must be provided by UW-Eau Claire Catering Services, user groups are prohibited from preparing and/or bringing in their own food.
Permission to serve alcoholic beverages requires permit approval ten working days prior to the scheduled event. These forms are available from our office.
