Writing Center

The English Department's Writing Center is where peer-tutoring services are offered to students in English courses as well as in courses across the curriculum. For more information, please see University Writing Center.

McIntyre Library

The UW-Eau Claire's campus library houses over 585,000 volumes, 5,000 periodical titles and 7,000 full-text electronic journals. Along with the traditional services, McIntyre also provides an Interlibrary Loan service as well as Universal Borrowing within the UW systems. McIntyre also houses an archive of rare texts in Special Collections and the Eau Claire Area Research Center, which provides access to historical records about the Chippewa Valley. Students may rent laptops and digital cameras for short periods of time through the library.

Learning & Technology Services (LTS)

Enrolled students have access to over 30 general access computer labs on campus, both in PC and Mac formats.

LTS Online Help Documentation

Students can obtain step-by-step directions for computer software, mapping to networks, and programs, for both PC and Mac.
