The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire baccalaureate nursing program is seeking applications for full-time or part-time clinical instructor positions for the spring, 2012 semester in the Department of Nursing.
Responsibilities
Eau Claire Site:
- Full-time and part-time instructional academic staff /clinical instructor positions available beginning January, 2012.
- Primary responsibilities include undergraduate clinical instruction.
- Selected classroom instruction may also be expected.
- Other responsibilities include:

- Present lectures, conduct seminars and discussions.
- Prepare tests and record grades.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate classroom learning experiences. Submit written student performance evaluations for clinical courses.
- Participate in teaching activities related to course planning, progression, and evaluation:

- Provide readings and prepare course syllabi
- Provide tools for evaluation of student progress and course
- Other course-related responsibilities
- Participate in the delivery of courses delivered via distance technology.
- Assist in skills lab as needed.
Marshfield Site:
- Part-time instructional academic staff /clinical instructor positions available beginning January, 2012.
- Primary responsibilities include undergraduate clinical instruction.

Requirements
- Appropriate clinical experience.
- Completion of a Master's degree in Nursing.
- Must have RN licensure in the US and Wisconsin RN license at time of hire.
