Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs the Dean of Students will provide leadership for Counseling Services, Student Health Services, Sexual Assault Prevention, Student Judicial Affairs, Student Legal Services, Student Senate Office Operations, On Call Response for Emergencies & other areas within the Division of Student Affairs.
- The successful candidate will serve on the Chancellor's Cabinet.

Requirements
- Master's degree (terminal degree preferred).
- Record of success as an educational administrator.
- Strong record with Student Judicial Affairs, Emergency Response, advising Student Government and/or university clubs and organizations.
- Experience supporting students from diverse and multicultural backgrounds.
Preferred
- A minimum of ten years working in Student Affairs/Higher Education, in progressively more responsible positions.
- Commitment to support academics and student learning outcomes, knowledge of student development theory and practice, dedication to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment for all, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a sense of humor.
