Semester Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once the program payment is made, if a student withdraws, transfers, or cancels before the start of program, the cancellation fee is $250.00. During the first and/or second week of the program, the cancellation fee is also $250.00. In the third and/or fourth week of the program, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total program cost. In the fifth week of program, or later, no refund is given. All withdrawals, transfers or cancellations must be submitted in writing to the UWEC Center for International Education. Full refunds will be given if program is cancelled or booked or if student is unable to obtain the appropriate visa (F or J).Call the Center for International Education (715-836-4411) for assistance.
