Gate I: Admission to Program
Your Gate I Portfolio is due to the Education Studies Office on/near the first of October or March when applying for the EAA or ECA Programs. Put your name on the spine of the portfolio (last name, first name). Inside the front cover, be sure to include the following:
- Gate I Scoring Sheet
- Application to Program Forms
- Program Completion Plan
- EAA/ECA Dispositions Rating Form for Gate I
- Degree Audit with grades from 2010, 2011, or 2012 highlighted
If you are planning on being in program for Spring 2012, print and fill in one of the following to be returned to the Field Placement Office, Brewer Hall 151, by December 2nd of 2011:
