The Educational Opportunity Network (EON) is your partner in employee development. We are a free, impartial service based in Western Wisconsin that can provide your employees with resources to successfully plan a career path and access further education.
What We Do
Utilizing the resources of the EON has many benefits to you and your employees:

- Individual career counseling sessions
- Individual financial assessments
- Assistance developing and transitioning "high potential" employees
- Help prepare workforce for long-term growth and strategic transitions
- Administer career interest surveys
- Administer Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessments
- Identify employee development resources
- Organize on-site education exploration and intra-company career options events
- Provide brochures/flyers/articles to communicate EON services to employees
