All students living in a residence hall or in a hotel must have a meal plan each semester. Students living in Chancellor’s Hall, Priory Hall and Haymarket Landing, as well as off campus, are exempt from this policy and may purchase a meal plan if they choose.
Students can select any on-campus meal plan that best meets their needs. The location of a student’s residence hall does not determine or suggest which meal plan they should choose. Students who don’t choose a meal plan will be assigned the Platinum Meal Plan.
MEAL PLAN SIGNUP
For the fall 2016 semester, upperclassmen may change their meal plan online at rms.uwec.edu. There will be specific instructions once you log in with your username and password. The deadline for making online changes to meal plans is Aug. 5.

QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS?
If you have problems signing up for a meal plan or if you have questions regarding billing, please contact Blugold Card Services at 715-836-4070 or BlugoldCard@uwec.edu. If you have questions about meal plans or if you experience a transaction error when using your meal plan, please contact Blugold Dining at 715-836-5261 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
All meal plans include a $320 administrative fee, which covers utilities; operational upkeep; food service equipment and supplies; kitchen equipment maintenance and repair; furniture; production and serving areas; and cleaning of all dining facilities, as well as administrative salaries.
Meal plan participants agree to pay UWEC the fees established by the University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents. UWEC reserves the right to change meal plan rates should costs related to providing those services increase more than was anticipated at the time the rates were originally established.
By requesting that meal plan charges be billed to their student account, meal plan participants agree to accept the conditions of the partial payment plan. Meal plan participants thereby apply for installment credit and agree to pay the down payment and installments when due. This agreement is executed in compliance with the Wisconsin Consumer Act.
