CHANGING MEAL PLANS
If you change your mind about which meal plan you’d like, you may change plans through the last date of the semester’s meal plan sign-up period — but meal plans cannot be changed after that date.
The fall semester meal plan you choose will be considered your spring semester choice. You will only need to log in during the spring semester sign-up period if you wish a different meal plan than the plan you selected for fall, or if you want to add Meal Plan Dollars at the beginning of the semester.
HOW TO ADD MEAL PLAN DOLLARS
Deposit funds in any of these ways:
- Online at eAccounts (MasterCard or Visa)
- By calling or visiting Blugold Card Services
- At value transfer stations campuswide
FINE PRINT
It is the responsibility of the meal plan participant to notify both of the following offices when intending to officially withdraw from a meal agreement:
- Blugold Card Services, Davies Center 156
- Business Office, Schofield Hall 108
The meal plan participant agrees to pay the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire the fees established by the Regents of the University of Wisconsin or by its agent. The University reserves the right to change the established rates should costs related to providing those services increase more than was anticipated at the time the rates were originally established.
By requesting that meal charges be charged to their UW-Eau Claire Student Accounts, meal plan participants agree to accept the conditions of the partial payment plan as printed in The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Class Schedule Bulletin. The meal plan participant thereby applies for installment credit, and agrees to pay the downpayment and installments when due. This agreement is executed in compliance with the Wisconsin Consumer Act.
