FLAVOURS CATERING GUIDE
Our culinary team has designed a variety of menus to fit a wide range of tastes and budgets, including regional ingredients, University favorites and specialty items. Our Flavours Catering Guide will help you through the planning process for your special day, and provide suggestions of what we can do to make your event memorable, from start to finish. Should you desire a customized menu for your event, we will be happy to meet with you to create a special menu for your specific needs. Our plated dinner entrees start at $13.90 per person, and there is no service or gratuity charge added to that.
Our bakery staff has over 35 years of experience creating beautiful, customized wedding cakes. Each cake is unique to the bride and groom, which requires us to learn more about your tastes before establishing a price. If you purchase your cake (or any kind of dessert) from Blugold Catering, there is no charge for cutting and serving. However, if you choose to have an off-site provider bring in a cake for our staff to cut and serve, a $35 fee will be added to your invoice.
Blugold Catering provides all alcohol service on campus. Both cash bars and host bars are available for your special evening. We will also do our best to accommodate any special requests for host cocktails or specialty beers.
Table linens for all service tables and guest tables as well as cloth napkins are provided at no additional charge with all dinner receptions.
