Mark started working at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1995 as the Hilltop Building Director. He began his food service career working at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater for eight years before moving on to Tallahassee, Florida then to Magnolia, Arkansas then to Waco, Texas before coming to Eau Claire, Wisconsin. His current position of Operations Manager includes the day to day supervision of all campus dining locations.
Mark’s family includes wife, Margie, daughters, McKenzie, Grace and Allison. Gracie and Allison are identical twins born in May 2005, and yes, they keep him quite busy. When time allows Mark enjoys reading, biking and playing tennis.
