Laura has been a part of the Blugold Dining team since September 1994. Before beginning her career here at UW-Eau Claire, she had 15 years of fast-food experience. In 1995, she became the Hilltop Center Food Court Manager, and in July 2011 she moved to lower campus to be the Davies Center Retail Manager.
Laura has lived in Eau Claire all her life, and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Bill, son Kyle and daughter Sara. She also enjoys going to car shows, NASCAR races, football, baseball and gardening.
